Pagetive API docsYour AI writes the page. Pagetive runs it.
One key, one endpoint, 21 tools. Use Claude Code or any AI agent to build landing pages, publish them on your domain, A/B test offers and angles, and read back what converted. Hosting, AI traffic optimization, tracking and the full app come with it.

- Tools
- 21: build, test, publish, measure
- API plan
- $67/mo, 25 pages, full app
API pricing
The API plan: $67 a month for 25 pages.
7 days free, or skip payment and try 3 pages free.
The API plan gives you what landing page platforms sell on their top tiers: hosting on your domain, A/B testing, AI traffic optimization, message match, reports, heatmaps and leads, plus the full app to see and analyze your data. Your own AI writes the pages. Extra pages $3 each, 4 or more at a time.
What you are buying
The API plan is what the market already sells. The rest is our AI.
Landing page platforms sell a builder, hosting, A/B testing, AI traffic optimization, a connection to Claude and reports. Unbounce charges $249 a month for that set on its Optimize plan. The Pagetive API plan gives you all of it, plus the full app, for $67 a month.
Everything the market sells
- Hosting on your own domain, with SSL
- A/B testing of offers, angles and sections
- AI traffic optimization: traffic moves to what converts
- The full app: reports, funnels, heatmaps and leads
- Message match for every ad and campaign
- Connects to Claude Code or any AI through the API
Plus our own AI model
- Researches your buyers, reviews and competitors
- Finds the reasons people buy and scores each angle
- Builds offers worth testing
- Writes every version and checks it before it goes live
- Scores each page before a visitor sees it
On these plans you are mainly paying for the model. Knowing how it works is knowing what you buy.
How our AI model works →The platform comes with it
Not just an API. The whole Pagetive app.
Every API plan comes with the full Pagetive platform. The only thing you don't do inside the app is create the page itself. Everything else you can do in the app with a click, or hand to your AI agent.
See all your data
People, conversions, the step-by-step funnel and where visitors drop off, traffic sources, devices and results per version.
See where they look and leave
Section attention, scroll depth and clicks, so you fix the part of the page that is losing people.
Edit any page by hand
Click any word, button, picture or section to change it. Fonts, colors, spacing, layout and form questions, no code.
A/B tests and AI traffic
Angles, offers and sections compete, and AI traffic optimization moves visitors to what converts.
Every lead, delivered
Form fills go to your CRM webhook or email, and you can see whether each one arrived.
Your domain, with SSL
Pages live on your own domain or subdomain. The app shows the exact DNS record to add.
Landing page automation
Not only for AI agents. Built for automations too.
Any tool that can send an HTTP request can drive Pagetive: n8n, Make, Zapier, GoHighLevel workflows or your own scripts. That turns landing pages into something your systems create, test and report on by themselves.
A landing page for every new client, automatically
A new client lands in your CRM and their first page is built, on their domain, sending leads to their pipeline, before the kickoff call.
- CRM trigger: new client or deal won
create_pagefrom your template blocksattach_domainon the client's subdomainset_integrationsto the client's CRM webhook- Send the preview link to the account manager
Message match for every new ad
Every new ad gets its own version of the page that repeats the ad's promise, with no one building pages by hand.
- Trigger: a new ad is created in your ad sheet or ad platform
add_variantwith the ad's headline and offerset_match_ruleon itsutm_content- Each click lands on the story its ad told
Programmatic landing pages from a spreadsheet
One row per city, service or offer becomes its own page, so a roofer in 12 towns or a clinic with 5 locations gets a page for each.
- Read rows from Google Sheets or Airtable
create_pageper row with the local detailspublish_pageandattach_domain- Write the live link back to the row
A weekly winners report, without logging in
Every Monday your team gets what won, what lost and where people left, and losing versions get retired on their own.
- Schedule trigger: every Monday
get_reportfor each live page, last 7 daysrun_optimizerto retire what the data ruled out- Post the summary to Slack or email
Setting it up in n8n, Make or Zapier
Add an HTTP request step with these settings. Pass the tool's input as the JSON body, and map fields from earlier steps into it.
Method: POST
URL: https://pagetive.rystems.com/api/v1/tools/create_page
Headers: Authorization: Bearer pgt_...
Content-Type: application/json
Body: { "name": "{{client_name}} - free inspection", ... }Why a Claude account alone is not enough
Claude can write the page. Someone has to run it.
A page that converts needs servers that stay up, traffic that splits fairly, tracking that never drops a lead, domains and SSL, and a system that moves traffic to the winner. We have the infrastructure, we have the systems, and we have people who watch them every day.
Could you build it yourself? Honestly, yes.
Claude Code can realistically clone almost anything, and you would have a good shot at this too. But building it is the small part. Keeping it fast, safe and right every day is the job, and it is our full-time job. To keep up with us you would have to give a lot of your own time to it. We are here to save you that time and to give you something you can rely on.
Get your API key
- Sign up at pagetive.rystems.com. On the free trial you can make a key and build 3 pages, angle and offer pages included. Hosting starts on a paid plan.
- Open Settings, then API keys, and create a key.
- Copy it. It starts with
pgt_and is shown once. - Save it as an environment variable, never in your code.
export PAGETIVE_KEY="pgt_..."You can revoke a key from the same screen at any time. A revoked key stops working at once.
Quick start
Every call goes to https://pagetive.rystems.com/api/v1 with your key in the Authorization header (or x-api-key).
1. See what your key can do
This returns your plan, every tool with its JSON schema, and the build guide. Point your AI at it first.
curl https://pagetive.rystems.com/api/v1 \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $PAGETIVE_KEY"2. Run a tool
Send the tool's input as the JSON body.
curl -X POST https://pagetive.rystems.com/api/v1/tools/read_brand \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $PAGETIVE_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"url":"acme.com"}'3. Publish it
curl -X POST https://pagetive.rystems.com/api/v1/tools/publish_page \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $PAGETIVE_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"pageId":"PAGE_ID","live":true}'A good call returns 200 with the tool's result. The link always points at your own domain. If you have not added one yet, the result tells you to.
Use Pagetive with Claude Code
Claude Code can call the API straight from your terminal. Here is how to build a landing page with Claude Code, step by step.
- Get a key. Create a key in Settings, then API keys, and run export PAGETIVE_KEY="pgt_..." in your terminal.
- Teach Claude Code the API. Paste the note below into your project's CLAUDE.md so every session knows the endpoint, the flow and the rules.
- Ask for the page. Describe the offer, the buyer and the angles you want in plain words.
- Review the preview. Claude Code builds the page and the angles as a draft and shows you the preview link.
- Publish on your domain. Say go. Claude Code publishes it and attaches your domain, and Pagetive starts splitting traffic.
- Read what won. Ask for the report any time. AI traffic optimization keeps moving traffic to what converts in the meantime.
The CLAUDE.md note
## Pagetive (landing pages)
- API key is in $PAGETIVE_KEY. Never print it or commit it.
- Base URL: https://pagetive.rystems.com/api/v1
- At the start of a task, GET /api/v1 to load the tools,
their JSON schemas and the build guide.
- Call a tool: POST /api/v1/tools/{name} with the tool's
input as the JSON body and
"Authorization: Bearer $PAGETIVE_KEY".
- 422 means the tool refused. Read "error" and fix the input.
- Flow: read_brand -> create_page -> add_variant (2-3 real
angles) -> set_match_rule per ad -> publish_page only when
I say so -> set_integrations for leads -> get_report.Then ask:
> Build a landing page for acme.com's free roof inspection.
Three angles: speed, price and insurance help. Match the
speed angle to utm_content=fast. Show me before publishing.Claude Code reads your brand, writes the blocks, adds the angles and sets the match rule. Once you say go, it publishes and can pull the report any time after. The same works with any agent that can make an HTTP call. Want the long version of the method? Read how to create high converting landing pages.
Tools
All 21 tools are the same ones the app's own AI uses, with the same rules and plan limits. GET /api/v1 returns the full JSON schema for each.
Build
read_brand | Reads a website: palette, fonts, what the business says it does, contact details and its own pictures. Call it before building. |
create_page | Creates a landing page from a full block array. The main build tool. |
update_page | Replaces a page's blocks, theme, settings, name or goal. Send only what changes. |
patch_block | Changes fields on one block. The cheapest way to reword a headline or swap a CTA. |
import_page | Imports a live landing page by URL into editable blocks. Uses our AI. |
get_page | Reads one page in full: blocks, theme, settings and variants. |
list_pages | Lists every page with its status, slug and headline stats. |
Test
add_variant | Adds one angle by hand with the block fields it changes. |
generate_variants | Writes variants for a list of angles. Uses our AI. |
set_match_rule | Sends traffic with a given URL parameter (utm_content, utm_campaign) to one variant. This is message match. |
set_offer_test | Tests prices or whole offers on one page at fixed traffic shares. |
update_offer | Writes or changes one offer's own version of the page. |
run_optimizer | AI traffic optimization: retires versions the data has ruled out and reports what to scale. |
Go live
publish_page | Takes a page live and snapshots the version. Returns the link on your own domain. |
attach_domain | Serves a page on your own hostname and returns the exact DNS record to add. |
set_integrations | Sends leads to a CRM webhook or email, embeds a calendar, sets a redirect. |
export_page | Checks a page can be exported as one HTML file that still posts leads back. |
Measure
get_report | The full report for a date range: people, funnel, drop-off, sources, devices, versions and sections. |
get_analytics | Live results: chance to win per version, section attention, scroll depth, leads. |
list_leads | Recent form fills and whether each one reached your CRM. |
simulate_traffic | Sends simulated visitors so you can see reports before real traffic arrives. |
On the API plan you bring your own AI, so import_page and generate_variants are off. Write the blocks and add angles with add_variant. Everything else works.
Key types
| Key | What it does | Plans |
|---|---|---|
| Sole | Every tool without our AI. Your AI writes, we host, split traffic, track and report. | API (always), Account, White label |
| Account | Every tool, with our own AI model included. | Account, White label |
| Agency | Manages clients, team and settings under /api/v1/agency. Runs any tool for a client with X-Account-Id. | White label |
Agency deletes (clients, team members) also need the X-Delete-Password header.
Limits and errors
| Code | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 200 | Done. The body is the tool's result. |
| 400 | The body is not a JSON object, or an agency key left out X-Account-Id. |
| 401 | The key is missing, wrong or revoked. |
| 403 | The account is suspended. Its pages are untouched. |
| 404 | No tool with that name. GET /api/v1 lists them. |
| 422 | The tool refused: bad id, plan limit or bad input. Read error and adjust. |
| 429 | More than 60 calls a minute on one account. Wait for retry-after. |
Every angle and every offer counts as one page on your plan. Turn one off and the page comes back.
Security
- Keys are stored only as a one-way hash. We can't read your key back, which is why it is shown once.
- Revoke a key any time from Settings. It stops working at once.
- Each key type can only do its own job. A sole key never touches our AI, and only an agency key reaches the agency side.
- Deleting clients or team members needs a separate delete password, so a leaked key can't wipe your account.
- Every account is rate limited to 60 calls a minute, which stops a runaway agent loop.
- Links you get back always point at your own domain, never at ours.
API questions
Straight answers before you build.
Does Pagetive have an API?
Yes. One endpoint, one key and 21 tools: build, edit, test, publish, attach domains, send leads to your CRM and read reports. It is the same tool layer the Pagetive app uses, so an AI agent can do everything the app can.
How do I get a Pagetive API key?
Sign up at pagetive.rystems.com, open Settings, then API keys, and create a key. It starts with pgt_ and is shown once, so store it in an environment variable. You can revoke it from the same place at any time.
Can Claude Code build and publish a landing page?
Yes. Give Claude Code your Pagetive key and the short note on this page, and it can read your brand, build the page, add angles, publish it on your domain and read the report back, all from the terminal.
Do I need a Claude API key to use the Pagetive API?
Not on the API plan. Your own AI, like Claude Code on your Claude plan, writes the pages and Pagetive never calls a model for you. On Account and White label our own AI model is included, so there is nothing to bring.
What do I get on the API plan?
25 pages a month for $67, the full app to see and analyze your data, hosting on your domain, A/B testing of offers, angles and sections, AI traffic optimization, message match, reports, heatmaps and leads. Extra pages are $3 each, 4 or more at a time.
Can I use the Pagetive API in n8n, Make, Zapier or GoHighLevel?
Yes. Use an HTTP request step with your key in the Authorization header and the tool's input as the JSON body. Agencies use it to build a page for every new client, ad teams to create a matching version for every new ad, and multi-location businesses to make programmatic landing pages from a spreadsheet.
Do I get the dashboard and editor on the API plan?
Yes. The API plan comes with the full Pagetive app: the dashboard with every report, heatmaps, leads, domains and the page editor. The only thing you don't do inside the app is create the page itself. Your AI agent or automation does that.
Is there a landing page builder API?
Yes. Pagetive is a landing page builder API: create, edit and publish pages, attach custom domains, send leads to a CRM webhook and read reports, all over HTTP with one key. It is built for AI agents like Claude Code as much as for scripts.
Can I A/B test landing pages through an API?
Yes. Add angles with add_variant, test whole offers with set_offer_test, route each ad to its own version with set_match_rule, and read the winner with get_report. AI traffic optimization moves traffic to what converts on its own.
Does it work with ChatGPT, Cursor or other agents?
Yes. Anything that can make an HTTP call can use it: Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT with actions, n8n, Make or your own scripts. Claude Code is simply the fastest way to start.
Can I just build this myself with Claude Code?
Probably, yes. Claude Code can realistically build almost anything. To match Pagetive you would build and run hosting, traffic splitting, AI traffic optimization, tracking, a lead pipeline, domains and SSL, then keep watching all of it every day. We do that full time so you don't have to.
Build it in Claude. Run it here.
