GoHighLevel and HubSpot Quotes to QuickBooks Sync
The Problem
Quotes were built in GoHighLevel and HubSpot, then typed again into QuickBooks. Slow, and full of mistakes.
What We Built
A quote skimmer. It pulls each quote out of the CRM and drops it into QuickBooks as an estimate or invoice. No retyping.
How it works
The sales team built quotes inside GoHighLevel and HubSpot. Getting those quotes into QuickBooks was the painful part. Neither CRM had a clean way to export a quote with its line items, so the office manager retyped every one. Wrong prices and missed lines were common.
We built a small connector we call a quote skimmer. When a quote is created or approved in the CRM, it reads the customer, line items, taxes, and totals, then creates the matching estimate in QuickBooks. When the job is won, the estimate becomes an invoice.
Customers are matched to existing QuickBooks records so nothing gets duplicated. The office stopped retyping quotes entirely.
What it does
Reads Quotes From the CRM
Customer, line items, discounts, and taxes are pulled from GoHighLevel or HubSpot.
Creates QuickBooks Estimates
Each quote becomes a matching estimate with the same lines and totals.
Turns Wins Into Invoices
When the deal is marked won, the estimate converts to an invoice.
No Duplicate Customers
Customers are matched to existing QuickBooks records first.
Error Alerts
If a quote can't sync, the team gets a message with the reason.

Pitch Us Your IdeaQuestions people ask
Can GoHighLevel quotes sync to QuickBooks?
Not cleanly out of the box. A custom connector can read each quote and create a matching estimate or invoice in QuickBooks.
Does it work with HubSpot quotes too?
Yes. The same connector reads HubSpot quotes and line items.
What happens if a customer already exists in QuickBooks?
The connector matches the existing customer instead of creating a duplicate.
