Google Review Management System
The Problem
Happy customers never left reviews. Unhappy ones did.
What We Built
A review system that asks every customer, sends happy ones to Google, and routes complaints to a manager first.

How it works
The business had happy customers at every location, but its Google ratings did not show it. Unhappy customers went online on their own, and happy ones never thought to.
We built a review system in their CRM. After each job, the customer gets a short message asking how it went. Happy customers get a one-tap link to the right location's Google page. Anyone unhappy goes to a private form, and a manager is alerted to fix it.
Reviews now come in steadily, and problems get solved before they turn into public ones.
